- Slice the banana into approximately 10–12 rounds and arrange them on a plate or tray.
- Spread a small amount of peanut butter onto half of the banana slices, leaving the remaining slices plain.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl using short bursts, stirring between each burst until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over all the banana slices.
- Sprinkle over the desiccated coconut.
- Place in the fridge for 15–20 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to eat.
