Our services are designed to educate, support and empower individuals to make informed choices about their health. Recommendations are based on current scientific evidence and are intended to be practical, achievable and sustainable.

The exact services, programme content and pricing may change from time to time. Any changes affecting existing clients will be communicated where appropriate.

3. Our Client Journey

The Nutri Kitchen follows a structured approach to supporting new clients.

Step 1: Free Discovery Call

We begin with a complimentary 20-minute Discovery Call to understand your goals, answer your questions and determine whether our services are suitable for your needs.

Step 2: Personalised Recommendation

If appropriate, we will recommend the programme or service that best suits your individual needs and provide you with a personalised quotation and invoice.

Step 3: Coaching Begins

Once payment has been received, your appointment(s) will be arranged and, where appropriate, you will be invited to access our secure client portal, currently provided through Practice Better, to begin your coaching journey.

4. Free Discovery Call

Each prospective client is entitled to one complimentary 20-minute Discovery Call.

The purpose of the Discovery Call is to:

  • Learn more about your goals and what you would like support with.
  • Discuss your current lifestyle, challenges and expectations.
  • Explain how The Nutri Kitchen works and the services available.
  • Answer general questions about our programmes, services and pricing.
  • Determine whether our services are appropriate for your needs.

The Discovery Call is an introductory conversation only.

No personalised nutrition assessment, nutrition advice, coaching, meal planning, dietary analysis or clinical recommendations will be provided during the Discovery Call.

Each individual is entitled to one complimentary Discovery Call.

If an individual has already used their complimentary Discovery Call and requests an additional Discovery Call, including as part of a couple, family or group enquiry, the additional Discovery Call will be charged at £20. This fee will always be discussed before the appointment is arranged.

5. Booking Appointments

Following your Discovery Call, if you decide to proceed, we will recommend an appropriate programme or service based on your goals and requirements.

A personalised invoice outlining the agreed service, fees and payment details will then be issued.

Appointments are confirmed only once payment has been received.

Following confirmation of payment, we will arrange your appointment(s) at a mutually convenient time.

Where appropriate, clients may be invited to use our secure client portal, currently provided through Practice Better, to manage appointments, access resources, complete questionnaires and communicate securely.

6. Fees and Payment

The fees for your chosen service will be confirmed within your invoice before any services are provided.

Prices displayed on our website represent the starting price for our services. Final fees may vary depending on the type, duration and complexity of the support required. Any variation will always be discussed with you before an invoice is issued.

At present, payments are accepted by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.

Payment must be received in full before appointments or coaching programmes commence unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.

If payment has not been received by the agreed date, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel your appointment until payment has been received.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice wherever possible.

Appointments cancelled with sufficient notice may be rearranged.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full unless exceptional circumstances apply.

  • Providing descriptive text for important images where appropriate.
  • Avoiding reliance on colour alone to communicate essential information where possible.

Although we aim to follow recognised accessibility practices, some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible to every user or every type of assistive technology.

4. Accessible Coaching and Communication

The Nutri Kitchen is committed to providing an inclusive coaching experience wherever reasonably possible.

Depending on an individual’s needs, reasonable adjustments may include:

  • Allowing a translator or interpreter to attend coaching sessions.
  • Allowing a trusted family member, carer or support person to attend where appropriate.
  • Adapting communication methods where reasonably possible.
  • Providing additional explanations or clarification during appointments.
  • Presenting information in a clearer or more manageable format.
  • Allowing additional time during consultations where reasonably possible.
  • Considering alternative appointment formats, where available and appropriate.

Clients are encouraged to let us know about any communication or accessibility requirements before an appointment where possible. This allows us to discuss the support required and determine what reasonable adjustments can be provided.

Where a translator or interpreter is used, the client may be responsible for arranging this service and for any associated cost unless otherwise agreed in advance.

The availability of adjustments may depend on the nature of the request, the service being provided and the resources reasonably available to The Nutri Kitchen.

5. Alternative Formats

If you are unable to access information on our website or require information in an alternative format, please contact us.

Where reasonably possible, we will try to provide information in a format that better meets your needs. This may include:

  • A simplified written explanation.
  • A document in an alternative digital format.
  • Verbal clarification during a consultation.
  • Support locating or understanding relevant website information.

We may need to discuss your requirements before confirming which formats can reasonably be provided.

6. Future Accessibility Improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we are committed to continually improving our website, resources and services.

As The Nutri Kitchen grows, we hope to introduce additional accessibility features, which may include:

  • Audio readings of selected website pages, articles and educational resources.
  • Translation of selected website content into additional languages.
  • Further improvements for screen-reader and keyboard users.
  • More accessible downloadable resources.
  • Additional accessibility and communication tools.
  • Improvements based on user feedback and evolving best practice.

These features are planned as future improvements and may not currently be available across all pages or resources.

We will introduce new accessibility features gradually where practical and appropriate.

7. Ongoing Review and Improvements

We regularly review our website and continue to make improvements where reasonably possible.

As new pages, services and features are introduced, accessibility will remain an important consideration.

We also welcome feedback from website visitors and clients, as this can help us identify barriers that may not otherwise be apparent.

8. Reporting an Accessibility Issue

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website or services, please contact us and explain:

  • The page, feature or resource you were trying to access.
  • The difficulty you experienced.
  • The device or browser you were using, where relevant.
  • Any alternative format or adjustment that may help.

We will review the issue and aim to respond within a reasonable period.

Although we cannot guarantee that every request can be fulfilled, we will consider reasonable and practical steps that may improve access.

9. Third-Party Services and Content

Some parts of our website or coaching services may rely on third-party platforms, applications, embedded content or external websites.

These may include platforms used for:

  • Appointment booking.
  • Video consultations.
  • Client communication.
  • Secure document sharing.
  • Website functionality.
  • Embedded videos or other external resources.

Although we aim to use reputable providers, The Nutri Kitchen does not control the accessibility of third-party platforms or websites and cannot guarantee that they will meet every user’s accessibility needs.

Where we become aware of a significant accessibility issue involving a third-party service, we may consider whether a reasonable alternative is available.

10. Limitations

While we are committed to improving accessibility, we cannot guarantee that every part of our website, every resource or every third-party service will be fully accessible to all users at all times.

Accessibility may also be affected by:

  • Older content or documents.
  • Third-party website functions.
  • Embedded media.
  • Technical limitations.
  • The type of device, browser or assistive technology being used.

We will continue to address accessibility issues where reasonably possible.

11. Changes to This Statement

The Nutri Kitchen may update this Accessibility Statement from time to time to reflect:

  • Improvements made to our website or services.
  • The introduction of new accessibility features.
  • Changes to our business practices.
  • Changes in relevant accessibility guidance.

Any updates will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
