- Add the dates, nut butter, ground almonds, coconut oil, and salt to a food blender
- Blend until the mixture starts to come together
- Add the walnuts, seeds, and pine nuts and pulse briefly for texture.
- Roll into balls using your hands.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.

- Add cacao powder for a chocolate version
