Greek yoghurt, berry & granola breakfast bowl

Creamy full-fat Greek yoghurt, crunchy granola, berries, and flaked almonds come together to create a simple breakfast packed with flavour and texture. This no-cook recipe takes just 5 minutes to prepare and provides protein, fibre, and slow-releasing energy to help start the day.

Ingredients
  

  • 40 g granola
  • 150 ml unsweetened soya milk
  • 150 g full-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 15 g berries - fresh/frozen/dried
  • 1 tbsp flaked almonds

Equipment

  • Medium breakfast bowl
  • Tablespoon
  • small glass/mug to measure soya milk - optional

Method
 

  1. Add the granola to a breakfast bowl and pour over the soya milk.
  2. Spoon the full-fat Greek yoghurt into the bowl.
  3. Scatter over the dried berries and flaked almonds.
  4. If using, add a handful of fresh berries for extra colour and flavour.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.
