Dietary Analysis & Adaptations
We do meal planning a lot different than most. In fact we won’t even call it a ‘meal plan’ that’s why we refer to it as a diet check. It’s more personalised and specific for you, based on your unique needs, preferences and goals. Why? Because it’s focused on the meals you’re already consuming. This ensures that we work together to help you get the right balance of nutrients to help you achieve your goals.
We provide you with a comprehensive and thorough analysis as well as practical and sustainable dietary changes, whether you want to focus on transitioning to plant-base, balancing out homemade meals or how to reduce processed foods and cook more, we’ll work with you to ensure whatever you’re goal our adaptations are long term realistic and sets you up for success.
1-1 Consultation
Life’s full of its surprises, and your nutrition plan should be realistic to accommodate that. By working with your nutritionist you’ll learn how to embrace these events and changes in a way that you enjoy these moments without sacrificing your goals.
Personalised Nutrition
We’ll craft a holistic nutrition plan specifically tailored to your unique needs and goals. Each program is thoughtfully designed in phases, ensuring it’s achievable and realistic, whilst being flexible, adaptable progressively in line with your targets.
Check-In To Suit You
At a time and place that suits you, we’ll have weekly, fortnightly or monthly check in sessions to make adjustments and wins. These sessions will be a perfect opportunity to tackle any thoughts, events, holidays or new goals that may require plan adaptations.

On The Go Support
From mental wellbeing check-in to chatting through any thing that’s bothering you but can’t wait. You’ll have on-the-go mobile support through WhatsApp and Email. Meaning we’ll be with you whenever you need us.
Initial Consultation
During this inital session, working 1-1 we’ll focus on getting to know each other. This is the perfect opportunity for you to share your goals, challenges and aspirations so we can create the perfect realistic roadmap for success.
Together we’ll develop a customised programme to fit your unique needs; lifestyle alongside your strengths, where you’ll feel you need the most support and what are those milestones you want to smash.
Each plan is unique, so this is a great starting point to really set the scene for your health journey.
Health Check-In
Not everyone’s journey will be straight forward, these sessions are here to ensure you keep moving forward and in the mindset to tackle any hurdles along the way.
Our check in sessions are there to provide you with on-going support. Your Nutritionist will be there to provide ongoing guidance, accountability and motivation to help you stay on track right until the end, even when it might be a little hard to see the end goal.

Diet Check
Nutrition is personal, sometimes it’s worth knowing how the foods you’re having regularly impacts your body. You might be recommended to follow a specific diet plan by your healthcare professional or GP but just don’t know where to start. Through our in-depth dietary analysis you’ll know exactly how much macros and micros are in your food currently, followed by realistic adaptations you can make straight away.
In-Depth Diet Analysis
Get the full picture of exactly what you’re having with a complete analysis of everything you’re eating, drinking and snacking on.
Realistic Adaptations & Action Plan
Knowing the things that are going well and also ways you can slightly up the game goes hand-in-hand with knowing exactly what to do so you can achieve your goals.
Flexibility When You Need It Most
Sometimes we plan for one thing but another thing happens. Our diet checks allow for flexibility in the foods we eat. With our action plans you wont receive a standard ‘meal plan’ rather recommendations and recipes which you can adapt. So you’re always on track.
Continued Support
Take advantage of continued support as and when you need it after recieving your recommendations. All plans* include a minimum of 1 x 30 minute check in, where you can discuss how the recommendations stepped up.
*Except diet checks book per single day where 30 min session will be an addition.
Group Workshops
Complete support from those on the same journey as you. Peer support coupled with support from a registered nutritionist to help you feel confident it meeting your goals. Whether you’ve got some of your closet friends and family wanting to meet a healthier long term goal or want a supportive environment with those on the same journey as you; there’s something for everyone.
Intimate & Personal Group Support
You and some friends have a specific goal or a big day planned? Build lasting changes so healthy eating doesn’t feel so lonely. We’ll cry, laugh and win together.
Women’s Only Group
Sometimes it’s better when it’s just the girls, from being able to discuss intimate and personal experiences and issues with those on the same journey, to the comfort in knowing that not alone.
Empowering & Engaging
The strength of mutual support and accountability, means you’re less likely to give up on the first hurdle. With dynamic discussions, thought providing questions allows to delve deeper into your individual ‘why’, whilst gaining insights on our triggers.
Continued Support
Take advantage of continued support (either as 1-1 or part of the group) as and when you need it after receiving your action plan. Drop an email or WhatsApp and we can discuss small changes for up to 1 month after receiving your plan.

Sessions are made to fit the schedules and needs of all group members, from either online or in-person.
