OUR FOUNDER'S MESSAGE
I want TNK to become the safe space where you can still find, eat and enjoy the foods your actually want to have- the foods you grew up on.
the meals where we’re told that are ‘bad for you’, the ‘should be left for a Friday night take out’ – I’m talking about the biryani’s, the jerk chicken rice & peas, the satay’s or nasi goreng, and way, way WAY to many to list out. Your know which ones I mean, the foods that are typically off diet and meal plans.
But the difference is, here at TNK we’ll teach you how to have those meals in a way that will allow your body to benefit from the nutrients packed in those very meals.
My team and I are firm believers in the mantra ‘No food is ‘bad’, food’, but the way we cook and serve isn’t the same anymore – ready meals are highly processed with convince first and and nutrition last.
We don’t need to sacrifice convivence for health. They can go hand in hand, and The Nutri Kitchen is on a mission to teach you how.
